Functional and safe for single female. You will be asked to pay 15$. This includes water and electric right there. Don't venture over train track from side roads. It's a berm and you may bottom out. The people I met living on the property are nice. Had our morning meeting chats.

It was nice to be able stay here. There are trains that run nearby and blow horns, but we didnt hear any during the night. Glad we went.

We stayed three nights and had a great time at the beach and exploring the area. You can walk a long way on the beach. Many good seafood restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Brad's parking spot was a perfect place to park our trailer for 4 nights while we explored the area. It is in a very nice neighborhood just 3 blocks from the gulf coast Beach, simple and easy to park on the grassy area beside the house. Brad is wonderful older gentlemen and his tenant Tony is a delight to meet. Both had great recommendations on places to go including where to eat. We were able to drive into New Orleans for tge day knowing that our trailer was parked in a very safe place.

Brad greeted us when we arrived. We called him just before we got there. Parking was level. You might want earplugs for the trains. We had a sunny breakfast by the beach, several blocks away. Thank-you.
