Have space for small RV or truck camper, however vehicles with long overhang or much over 23' won't be able to make it up my driveway. Please read Driveway Access Conditions! WiFi may require sitting in the patio or by the front door, as my router doesn't extend to the parking area. While I didn’t click on pets, this is negotiable on an individual basis. There isn't a pull through, however it is possible for class B or small class C RVs to turn around or carefully back down the driveway. Suggested Local Attractions: Getty Museum, Skirball Museum, Ucla, Universal City, Santa Monica & Venice beaches, Santa Monica Mtns hiking, and Mulholland Drive. Universal Studio and Hollywood are within an easy drive.

Location
Driveway Access Conditions: IMPORTANT INFORMATION Hills and steep driveway. To easily enter my driveway it is necessary to enter approaching from the north, IMPORTANT: if you are driving an RV with a long overhang you will need to approach my driveway at about a 45° angle rather than straight on, as a sharp turn into my driveway, meaning closer to 75° to 80° angle will cause the RV to bottom out at your rear overhang! (My RV clearance information: Center of rear wheels to lowest point on rear of RV is 78" and clearance at that point is 12", my RV has no problem following these instructions!). If entering from the south it is necessary to proceed to the next stop sign and turn left to turn around in that cul-de-sac, and then return to my driveway. Turn around option requires care to watch roof overhang and my RV. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Legal street parking available on the side street opposite my home.

What a day we had! We toured the last of Rte 66 iconic stops all day. Landing at Sean's was perfect for heading out to the Santa Monica Pier to end our trip. With our activities and our host's engagement, we were not able to meet face to face. Communication, however, was stellar. Hoping we can meet someday at our host site Siren Song in Lakeland Shores, MN

We stay with Sean on 02/25/22. It was a great experience since it was our first time using the boondocker welcome and we did not know what to expect. Upon arrival, Sean was very nice and helpful to make sure we are accommodated and help with anything that we would need it. Sean is an awesome person and for sure we would stay here again if opportunities allow. It was a great night rest. Based on this great experience, we are also turning our place in Michigan and future place in California to be boondocker welcome and welcome all the RV. Thank you again, Sean.

Wow! We are new to boondocking, but don’t think that we can top this. First of all, Sean is an incredible man. What a life, we admire the man. The place, how often can you sleep in Bel Air. More than enough space to park our RV. Sean, thanks again! We hope to see you soon!

Perfect location for a break before facing LA traffic. Nice neighborhood. Host was gracious enough to let us stay even though out of town. Access could be an issue for larger rigs, but fine with our class B. No problems with slope and plenty space to park our RV.
