We have several spots to 'park' with no hookups. And one spot that has FHU .... please be sure to specify your requirements or preference ...... Approx 40 mins to Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville and about an hour to Asheville. Plenty to see and visit in the area with the town of Newport just minutes away with super walmart, lowes and numerous restaurants.

This is a back in spot with plenty of room for two vehicle parking. A short somewhat steep but plenty wide driveway to access then level area to maneuver and park

This was our first time using Boondockers Welcome and we needed a layover for a few days so glad we found this one. Very nice, level and quiet spot. The host was great, very friendly. We enjoyed talking and sharing stories of our camping adventures. Would definitely stay here again.

We needed a quick overnight and this fit the bill. Quiet, flat with FHU for a fee. Newly finished lot. Geoff was friendly and helpful.

This was a great place to stay. I would have gladly stayed a month!! The host was very accommodating and he checked on us each day to see if we needed anything. Plus he was just a lot of fun and very interesting to talk to. We had a lot if laughs. I will definitely put this location on my next trip in the area!
