1.2 acres 1/2 block North of Kingman, Arizona city limits. We are located next to the Cerbat mountains, and just down the road from the Hualapai mountains. This is a "quiet" place, as long as you don't mind the roosters in the morning, and other various livestock sounds from our neighbors throughout the day. We are a couple hours from the Grand Canyon North Rim, and the Grand Canyon Caverns, as well as an hour North of Lake Havasu City and The London Bridge. Laughlin , Nevada is a bit over 30 minutes from here, and Oatman, Arizona about an hour.

Before I retired to Kingman, AZ, my wife & I traveled the country on our HD Roadglide. We settled here, naming our little acre "New Adventures". We like to explore the mountains area in our 4x4 SxS, and venture out with our with our Class C Jayco.

While traveling through, we were warmly welcomed by Keith and his family. They’ve got a nice parking spot behind their home, close to the highway and all local amenities, but off the strip and quiet. Recommended!

Definitely a good, large and quiet place. We felt very welcome, the perfect host, they gave us a sheet with tips and we had a pleasant conversation with them. Thank you for the hospitality.

Thanks again Keith! This was our 2nd stay, Keith is a great host and very kind with offers of help or assistance. The grounds are nice and you wake to the nearby roosters crowing. Thanks again!
