We are a small ranch on 40 acres conveniently located just northwest of the city of Live Oak. We are a short drive from I-75 and I-10 situated between the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park and Suwannee River State Park. Boondocking is nestled in fairly level old hay fields surrounded by woods and Live Oak trees. You will have access to the 20 acres we don't use for our home and livestock. Feel free to stretch your legs and walk around the property, explore the paths through the woods (we had a hurricane come through so limited paths in the woods at moment) or have a campfire if conditions permit. We have plenty of wood stockpiled for your use. You are welcome to bring your dog(s) or other pets. Dogs may be off leach just know the perimeter is not fenced in case they run off. The horses, Missy and Apollo, and cows, Pete, Jackson And Jolene, are friendly. Missy and Apollo enjoy mints, carrots or apples if you want to share. We are a working small farm and have home raised, grass fed, no hormones beef available if you are interested. Local Area Attractions: We are conveniently located near many natural springs and state parks. We are just over an hour to Ocala, Tallahassee and Jacksonville. Some local attractions in alpha order include: Four Freedoms Trail in Madison Hoover Family Farms – locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables you pick (3 miles away) Little River Springs Madison Blue Spring State Park Mystic Jungle Educational Facility Peacock Springs State Park Falmouth Springs Royal Springs Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park Stephen Foster State Park Suwannee River State Park

We enjoy traveling with our 2020 GMC 2500 and 30’ Airstream and three well behaved dogs - a basset hound, beagle mix and foxhound mix. We love camping, biking and just relaxing at the beach any chance we get.

Le point GPS ne nous amenait pas assez loin, juste continuer sur le chemin de terre jusqu’à la pancarte Harvest Host. Super beau terrain paisible, nous avons passé une nuit en sécurité.

Had a peaceful, restful stay here. Easy access. Nice open pasture space and very easy to pull in and out and easy to get level. Have no qualms at all about the dirt road, it's extremely well-packed and maintained. No ruts, holes or issues even for a big rig. I'd say by far the best dirt road we've ever driven on! We were really tired and just needed a quick overnight but enjoyed watching the cows and horses. Hosts were very friendly, welcoming and communicative. Thank you for sharing your lovely space!

We had a nice, peaceful stay at the farm. Really appreciate the dogs could get sometime off leash. That was a definite plus for us. Got to see the cows and horses too!

My first time using this service and it was fantastic. Jeff and Nicole are very accommodating hosts, especially when I had to change my reservation at the last minute! It's a beautiful ranch. Very peaceful. I got a great night's rest!
