Flat, five acres, without a lot of traffic, lots of wildlife and birds, vegetation is mesquites, yuccas, and whatever we have planted. If you need a place to sit for a while during the current crisis, we are happy to extend your stay past the five days. We have 1 50 amp, 3 30 amp, and several 20 amp hookups The 50 amp outlet will be about 33' from your RV, so plan accordingly. We are at 4200' of elevation, so we are cooler than Tucson and much cooler than Phoenix. Our property is certified wildlife habitat by the National Wildlife Federation. We have horses and chickens, and my daughter sells her organic eggs If you use the 50 amp hookup, please plan $10 per night for electricity due to how the electric company bills our shop meter. Suggested Local Attractions:Many wineries in our town. U-pick farms and orchards in season, national monuments and state parks reasonably near, u-pick farms, and several museums.

Super quiet and chill, we overnighted 2 nights while visiting Wilcox AZ. Bill and his daughter were helpful and friendly. Really appreciated Bills sense of humor and shared some fun laughs. Definitely put Nolan Acres on your list, we will use them on our future journeys in Southern Arizona and enjoy the property a bit more next visit. Tami & Patrick

My second stay at Nolans Acres was just as wonderful as it was almost three years ago. Visiting with the Professors and their daughter was the highlight this time. I always learn new things during our conversations.
