Flat, five acres, without a lot of traffic, lots of wildlife and birds, vegetation is mesquites, yuccas, and whatever we have planted. We have one 50 amp and three 30 amp hookups. We are at 4200' of elevation, so we are cooler than Tucson and much cooler than Phoenix. Our property is certified wildlife habitat by the National Wildlife Federation. We have horses and chickens, and my daughter sells her organic eggs Please plan $5 per night for electricity. If you use the 50 amp hookup, please plan $10 per night for electricity due to how the electric company bills our shop meter. Suggested Local Attractions: Many wineries in our town. U-pick farms and orchards in season, national monuments and state parks reasonably near, and several museums.

No pets running unattended, quiet after midnight, be aware that rattlesnakes are found in the area and sometimes on the property. Do not harm them. Chip in toward electricity if you plug in. Be aware we have a driveway alarm.

Lovely little spot! Host very friendly and knowledgeable about the local snake species. Will definitely check for availability if we are ever back in their area. very close to town, yet far enough away for quiet and beautiful views of the night sky. Oh and they have fresh eggs!!
