We live in NW Arkansas on deep clear Beaver Lake in the Ozarks of NW Arkansas. Great hiking and bicycling in our area. Only 12 scenic miles from beautiful unique Eureka Springs, Arkansas and about a 35 minute drive to Rogers, AR to our west and about one hour southwest of Branson, MO. TWO PARKING OPTIOINS: PAVED DRIVEWAY AND A WELL-GRAVELED LOT Paved driveway to paved parking area. Our property slopes downward towards beautiful Beaver Lake so be prepared and advised you will need leveling jacks and probably several additional leveling blocks when you use our paved parking option. Leveling jacks preferred. You'll need leveling jacks for at least 12 inches on one side and about 15 inches on one corner. Leveling is a challenge here on our paved parking area, but possible. Come prepared! We have a 2nd option, on gravel, for parking that is a LOT more level than our paved parking area. This area will accommodate a camper van, or a small camper, and parking is in front of our own 5th wheel. You may need to level some in this area but not nearly as much as on our paved parking area. Suggested Local Attractions: Eureka Springs, Arkansas, Turpentine Creek Big Cat Rescue, The Great Passion Play, Beaver Lake, Crystal Bridges in Bentonville, AR, Thorncrown Chapel, Lake Leatherwood, Black Bass Lake in Eureka Springs. Stop in Garfield, Arkansas at the Short Stop Cafe (and gas) to get the biggest ice cream cone you'll ever see, and it's dirt cheap!

House Rules
No children under 5 for safety reasons only because our deck is at mature tree top level and 25 ft above ground level and it would be a very serious fall for a child if they slipped between the railing. No aggressive or barking dogs, dogs must be on a leash, smokers ABSOLUTELY MUST either smoke inside their RV or carry a tightly covered ash tray with them on our property as we live in the woods. We have ash trays on our upper deck that you are welcome to use as you sit at our tables to enjoy tree top view of Beaver Lake. Ashing on the ground is not allowed, can and does start forest fires. Adult beverages OK. No trespassing onto any privately owned boat docks of neighboring property owners. (Dock owners will prosecute trespassers) There are area marinas for public use, boat and pontoon rentals, pizza, etc. This is a rural residential quiet property on a quiet dead end road. Bring your own firewood and you may use our outdoors stone grill for cooking. Please clean up our grill after you use it. The lake shore is just in our back yard. We have home/property camera security. Safe lake front neighborhood. Please come stay with us! You are always welcome here when we are home!
Location
Access Road Conditions: Travel on hilly winding curvy paved roads through the Ozarks hills to get to our home on Beaver Lake. Choose from parking on pavement (need to level) or park on gravel (pretty level spot) Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Next to rig on a paved parking area by our driveway. Our property is NOT level. Our property is all on an incline. Guests must bring their own leveling blocks (you'll need several) but leveling jacks would be best if you choose the pavement parking option. If you choose the gravel parking option it is much more level. On gravel you may only need a leveling block for back tires, or not. 22 ft camper van or truck camper fits fine.

The area is beautiful, the hosts land was within 50 yards of the lake and they were wonderful. Kind and accommodating, even let us eat our dinner on their deck over looking the lake!!!!!
