Located on a very secluded lake in the heart of Florida's famous spring area. Our location is well off the beaten path and offers great boating, both kayak and canoe, opportunities here and on the nearby Suwannee River.

We have a 35 ft motorhome and tow a car. We have 2 English Springer Spaniels . We have been traveling for the last 10 yrs. We do have a home in Pa and a winter retreat in Florida. We love to socialize and çompare notes re travel, pets, kids ,and life in general.

A huge shout out to our hosts, John and Linda, for their hospitality and fireside conversation. On Pickett Lake is a little piece of north Florida paradise. John and Linda also provide a handout on all things local. We chose to explore the Ichetucknee Springs. By far our favorite BW stay. We will be back!

Beautiful and restful place and the hosts were so welcoming. They also had family and friends visiting, enjoyed the nightly gatherings at the firepit getting to know them. we found some great hikes in the area and also able to do some errands. John, his wife and the doggies were so kind at their lively lake home. Doug & Linda P.

John and Linda are such great hosts that we decided to stay a second time at their beautiful place directly on the lake. We had a warm welcome the first night with a nice fire in their backyard. We just installed solar and had a great spot in middle with lake view and sunshine for the whole day. We are totally in love with that place and really appreciate John and Linda as hosts. Legendary Hosts! Always would recommend! 5 Star stay
