Short time travelers Details: We.both worked at the local paper mill, enjoying retirement. We like boating, happy hour, Rick tinkers outside a lot, Jack of all trades! I like to crochet, sew some, cook, small garden and flowers. We can accept one rv at a time for about 4 -5 months of the year, June thru Sept. maybe Oct, if we are still here...Found out this year, if one rig is a small conversion van, we can fit two rigs, kind of cozy😳😎 Home Town: International Falls, MN has been home all our lives. We traveled two weeks every winter for 25 years, as a needed get away. Summers, being short are the best, most times, especially living on Rainy Lake. We live 7 miles from town. We have a couple kayaks for your use. Swimming off our dock is fine, have a few weeds and a mucky bottom. We enjoy watching the ducks and deer always around. Favorite Boondocking Locations: Arizon, was our first experience in boondocking in 2016, and will be there soon this winter. We have stayed around Lake Havasu, Yuma.

Had a wonderful spot on this beautiful property right on a gorgeous lake. I would have loved to have kayaked on it and was invited to however the weather was not cooperating when I was there. The host was a lovely person who I had a nice conversations with. The space was very nice and private. And I was also given a list of the many places to see and services, Which was very helpful. And much appreciated. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Through our two nights stay we shared many laughs with these kind hosts, Rick and Robbie. The parking was ample and level, bounded by trees and lawn. They directed us to Sha Sha Resort where we rented a small boat for the day ($75.00) and really enjoyed tooling around Voyageurs NP / Rainy Lake. Rick was also helpful in directing us to a nearby gas station/convenience store/laundromat/dump station with water. If we are ever in that area again, we would definitely make a point of staying over.

It's right on the lake and the hosts are truly wonderful. We ate breakfast and dinner on their dock.
