It was a perfect stay. I was able to go around the tree to the right and park on the left on very level ground. Thank you!

Safe place surrounded by large trees that provide shadow. Close to a busy avenue during the day but ok during night time

Great stopover location, beautiful big oak trees. Can be a little noisy at times, didn’t bother us much. Grateful to have had the use of this place. Thank you James for your hospitality. 😁
