It was a good place for an overnight stay. There are trees and an entrance with a small ditch on each side so just be aware if you’ve got a bigger rig it can feel tight. It was quiet despite being on a busy street. Unfortunately we were unable to reach the host to find out where to get the water so we had to make do with the little bit we had in our tank. He did reach out later in the evening and apologized that he had poor reception during the day. It was comfortable enough.

James was a very nice host with a very convenient shady parking spot in the grass.

It was a perfect stay. I was able to go around the tree to the right and park on the left on very level ground. Thank you!
