Semi-retired adventure seeker Details: I am a curious and appreciative man who loves adventure-- especially the adventure of RV travel and enjoying the Great Outdoors. My partner, Chris, is always on the lookout for items for her two antique shops. We both enjoy music-- we're always singing-- and that's OK since we're in the country and can't bother neighbors. I also enjoy wrenching on motorcycles and my RV. I am a semi-retired dentist and am grateful for the opportunities the profession has given me to serve others Home Town: Exeter, NH Favorite Boondocking Locations: We drove to central CO in May and socially distanced in places like Bass Pro Shop and Cracker Barrel as well as BLM land. Looking forward to using BW sites in the future. Skills or Expertise to Share: As I said I love wrenching and have an adequate assortment of tools as well as a compressor and floor jack. I enjoy the challenge of diagnosing and correcting mechanical problems and we are about 10 mi from an excellent RV repair facility.

This was our very first boondocking and we were very pleased . Peter made us feel welcomed and was very helpful and accommodating while setting up our MH. Our home in the Wood will now be part of one of our stops while travelling each year. It was interesting interacting with Peter and found out we had some points in common. I strongly recommend Our Home in the Wood, you will not be disappointed <3. See you next year Peter!

It was great to be able to stay a second time. Peter is a good communicator and assures his guests have everything they need. The site is private and tranquil. Very grateful I was accepted and hope to visit these gracious hosts again.

We are new to the Boondocking site and our stay at Peter and Chris's home was absolutely delightful. Peter is a warm, friendly host with a generous spirit. He met us as we pulled in and helped us get settled. The spot is cozy, under a few lovely maple trees. Very wooded and lovely. Peter joined us around our campfire and we had a wonderful conversation. We highly recommend this spot and the host!
