V high water pressure blew all our hoses, destroyed bathroom sink faucets/shower unit on a dark and stormy night. Heavy rains, tiny camper, no water or sewer for us, had to go out in the storm to unhook. mopped up flood with everything we had and nowhere to put the stuff. We are careful-- no problem in 100+ sites for10 yrs--and regulate. Host response: strongly suggest you replace your regulator. it has since worked fine for what still works, the kitchen sink. GPS quit before address, no further instructions sent. Quick host response--turn left at the T bone. But most lot signs faded away so had to text again. Surprised to find two hook ups. Only one appeared to have sewer but was right by the septic field and we spent half an hour trying to get where the hoses would reach and the septic wasn't blocking the door. Water over drive in night subsided by daylight. We then saw that the easy access hook up did have sewer but the cap was missing and greenery hid the pipe. Many people building elaborate shelters for RVs all in a row. We had gravel loading and unloading beside us. a man arrived in a car and said he had permission to park there. We let the host know. Our route in was narrow and winding, no shoulder and a drop off in multiple stretches. Roads rough but not more so than we've had before. asked if he still wanted $15 and he said yes. No sorry, just thank you for staying

Camped right along the Tennessee river. Very quiet and peaceful. GPS was off by a little bit but thankfully a local stopped and directed us.

...in the middle of nowhere, on the river, quiet, full hookups... nice!! Watch out for the dogs when you turn on the road, they blocked the road, jumped on and scratched my truck!!

We spent two nights here riding out a windy rainy storm. Thanks to the hookups provided ($15/day) we stayed plenty warm and cozy. Matt was a responsive host! The cell signal was strong enough for what we needed (Verizon & AT&T). Thank you Matt!

we enjoyed our stay, private, and roomy. beautiful sunsets, and sunrises over the river!! Take you ti e coming in on narrow and gravel roads, but worthwhile. Host lives elsewhere, but shares this beautiful lot, with water and sewer hookups, electricty was a special plus for us. Since we don't do venmo or PayPal, host woeked with us so to send him a check!!
