This location does have a couple of options for parking. We typically send a map of the available spots once a request is made. Weather and time of year can change the availability. There is no fenced in area for pets but campers are welcome to use the property for pets to run at their discretion. The parking is located just 3 miles from the main highway and only one mile from Ft. Gibson Lake. The park at the lake does allowing dumping for just $5 if needed after your stay. There is a small gas station/store about 1/4 of a mile up the road. Suggested Local Attractions:Ft. Gibson Lake - fishing, swimming, boating

House Rules

Speed limit is 5 mph on the property. Do not block storage unit doors for long periods during business hours (this shouldn't be a problem with the space available). Be respectful of other renters on the property.

Location

Access Road Conditions: The main road to the parking is a pretty good paved road with no steep inclines/declines. The parking area is gravel. The gravel goes all the way around the storage building and RVers may drive all the way around. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: The parking is pretty open. Just keep doors to boat storage units clear during business hours.

R3g Rentals Owner Details: We are both veterans (one of us is already retired!) and love to travel and explore new places. We are looking forward to joining the full-time RVers in the near future. We currently own a few lots in Oklahoma that include a couple of RV pads as well as other space for RVs to park. The property does have a couple of rental houses and two boat storage buildings. My sister Dawn does live in a small RV on the property as well. I don't currently live on the property, but we would welcome travelers when we can! Home Town: Currently, we are living in Peru, IN until we're both retired. Then we will hit the road! Favorite Boondocking Locations: We haven't started our RV journey yet, but really looking forward to it! Skills or Expertise to Share: Aaron is good at just about everything, but is a firefighter by trade. I am a health and wellness enthusiast with Personal Training and Health and Wellness Coaching certifications. So if you need a good travel workout or just need an accountability partner for life goals and changes, I can help!

This spot is not too out-of-the-way, all the roads are paved and easy to drive. It's easy to get in and out of. Plenty of room for our 40' bus.

Had a quick stop as we passed through. Host was very pleasant. She made me want to come back and explore the area. We have a big rig and the spot was easy to get into. Thanks!
