Location

The property is 1/4 mile from a state highway on a narrow country road. The driveway is gravel and there is ample lawn to drive upon and turn around, unless unseasonably wet or muddy. The parking area usually stays firm enough to avoid sinking into the ground and is shaded. Prime parking spot is not near electric, can discuss option that might allow 15 Amp service.

We are Indiana folk and have only recently begun to travel in our Ram Promaster. We have a park like property and would love to host fellow travelers. We are not yet retired, so trips have been short, to regional parks, but we are looking forward to longer outings to the west and east. I have some modest handyman skills, if you need any help with your rig.

Art and his family were so welcoming and accomodating! We were able to pull into the first space at the top of the hill and level properly. The land was SOOO beautiful with fresh persimmons growing on many trees. The fallen ones were the best and Art invited us to enjoy them, how kind! The land is lush with beautiful nature and a pasture where we saw a family of friendly deer. Our puppy was able to run free and we could play fetch as much as she wanted. :) The land was spacious, private, peaceful, clean, incredibly maintained and smelled of fresh and flourishing nature. A haven outside of the University hustle and bustle. We loved it and highly recommend to anyone visiting the B-Town area. We will definitely be back. 🌞🌞🌞

What a pleasant stay! We were Art's first Boondocker/Harvest Host guests, but you wouldn't know it from our interactions. He was so accommodating and easy to work with. Communication was great. Location was so convenient and quiet. Folks with a longer RV will want to be careful of turning into the long driveway - the mailbox is close to the entry so be careful. Our rig is short, so no problems for us. Unfortunately we had to leave on very short notice early the next morning to try to outrun some bad weather, so we didn't have a chance to thank our hosts in person. If you need a pleasant spot in Bloomington, this was wonderful. Thank you!
