Location

The property is 1/4 mile from a state highway on a narrow country road. The driveway is gravel and there is ample lawn to drive upon and turn around, unless unseasonably wet or muddy. The parking area usually stays firm enough to avoid sinking into the ground and is shaded. Prime parking spot is not near electric, can discuss option that might allow 15 Amp service.

We are Indiana folk and have only recently begun to travel in our Ram Promaster. We have a park like property and would love to host fellow travelers. We are not yet retired, so trips have been short, to regional parks, but we are looking forward to longer outings to the west and east. I have some modest handyman skills, if you need any help with your rig.

Not for toyhaulers. Very quiet, peaceful spot. Our trailer is 25 feet. We made it with no problem. The ground was a little soggy from all the rain, but we got out okay.

This is a special place. It’s so serene and I finished a whole book during my two-night stay.

No trouble finding the place because Art gave us great directions and greeted us outside when we pulled into the driveway. Our Huskie loved walking around (on a leash) the HUGE yard here. It literally felt like we were parked in a national park here. Art and his lovely wife are fellow travelers and aren’t selling anything, they just like to meet new people and give weary travelers a place to rest their bones for a night or two. Beautiful property. Beautiful people.

2 very quiet nights. Greeted by Art and shown to site, and chated about RVing stuff. Visited by ginger cat, maybe over thinking it but it looked confused there was no habitation door in the right.
