Our place is located 25 minutes from Quebec's city, just in front of the "Station touristique Stoneham" the ski resort. Our house is 3 km from the golf course, 10 KM from the Empire 47 mountain biking path. There is also a sewer station 5 km away. Notre maison est à 25 minutes de la ville de Québec, juste en face de la Station touristique Stoneham. À proximité, il y a un club de golf (3KM), le domaine Empire 47 pour le vélo de montagne. Il y a également une station de vidange à 5 KM.

House Rules
You are welcome to use the yard and the stone table in front of the house. No children under the age of 18 are to be left on the premises at any time. Wifi is free, however, please be advised it doesn’t always work well since it’s far from the house. We’ve connected great at times and weren’t able to at other times. There is a 30Amp outlet along with water hookups. There is currently no way to empty your holding tanks on the site but at 5k away, the municipality has a free dump station. Please use a surge protector as we are not responsible or liable for any power surges or any other damage/injury that may occur during your stay. We are able to accommodate 30’ RV. Quiet generators are allowed from 7:00 to 21:00. **Please confirm you’ve read the rules, the number of guests traveling with you and you understand where to park when submitting your reservation request. Excluding this information will result in denial of your request.** We ask for $15/night to cover our expenses IF you use hookups, If not - your stay is free.
