We are a non smoking home and only allow small quiet pets under 25lbs. Also, please let us know if you have a cold or flu etc. so we can take precautions.
Location
Please do not arrive or enter our lot without notification and confirmation. Back in access only for up to a 36' motorhome and can accomodate a tow vehicle but not a trailer being pulled by a motorhome (no place to park it). Some skill needed to back in, our gate is in center of the lot and the site is to one side.

Wonderful place to stay; amenities of water, electricity, sewer, all great. Hosts, Clay and Marcy are very hospitable. Gravel parking for our bikes was a little challenging but Clay provided a wood pad for the kick-stands.

An incredible place to stay! Safe with all amenities. Great place to walk in a neighborhood. The hosts are lovely, friendly and considerate. Their knowledge of the area is definitely helpful.
