Located in a small valley in the southern tier of NY, at the bottom of the Fingerlakes. Easy access to all the Fingerlakes has to offer -- 16 miles to Hammondsport, Corning, and Watkins Glen. Breweries, wineries and distilleries, Corning Glass Museum, Curtiss Aviation Museum - lots to do in the area and great nature.

Class B and Class C only. There is no pull through. We appreciate no smoking on the premises. No hook ups provided. We moved here for the quiet, so no generators please. Dogs welcome, but leashes only. Be respectful of the wildlife.

Pull or back-in, no space for turn around. Entrance from road is 10' wide. Parking on grass at the end of a pond.

My husband and I are recently retired and have been living in NY for about a year. We've been camping in our Capri truck camper since 2020, and now that we are retired we are looking forward to more travel, along with our two dogs. Our wonderful new property is very serene. Chuck has a woodworking studio in the barn, and Donna has an artist studio and we spend a good part of our time "making". This area is wonderful for birding, and exploring nature. It also has many breweries and wineries, which we love to visit.

Nice @ peacefully. I like that it was off the beaten path but still less than a mile from state highway. Good friendly host .
