Private Driveway in quiet neighborhood. Walk, drive or bike 1 mile to quaint downtown with lovely shops and restaurants or groceries etc. or another mile to Gulf beaches. E bike rentals or others to ride our 25 miles of bike/walking trails. 1 mile to intercostal boat ramp and on thru to gulf. Wonderful restaurants where u can sit and watch the sunsets. Sunset cruises available as well as kayaking or canoe rentals. Lots of sharks teeth to find.

No generators. I have electricity plug to a 30 amp breaker thru a 110 plug. That will run a single AC or microwave And lights etc. so you will need an adapter. If your dog barks a lot while you are gone; Plz take dog with you. Venice is a very dog friendly town. You can take to most restaurants and shopping. We also have a beach dog park.
Location
Double wide driveway off residential street. A 30’ RV including bike rack. Is fine. If you have a “small” car towed it will probably have to park in grass. Will let u know upon arrival. I can only handle 30’ total lengths. If you have a TT then add the length of your TT and the length of your Towing vehicle. If more than 30’ total then I cannot accommodate you.

I travel in a 24’ Viva MH with my little dog and occasionally a teen. I particularly enjoy seeing the different topography of the US. I have gone from Fl to Niagara Falls. Over to Indiana then up thru Michigan UP. To Glacier and Yellowstone, Grand Titan. The badlands, black hills, Rushmore etc. I’ll keep doing trips until I get to enjoy the whole US and lower Canada.

Easy access and hook up to 110. And one of the nicest and most interesting hosts! We didn’t have enough time to explore much of the area. Hopefully Bev will give us another opportunity! Thanks so much!! Steve and val

Quiet place. 1,5 mile from historic downtown Venice. Bev gave me good suggestions for things to do in the area. Bev was very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is quite and safe. I was able to ride my bike into the historic area of Venice and to the beach. Bev was so helpful and communication was great.
