We offer 8 Acres of golf Course type open parking. We are in between 3 major cities, Monticello FL, Tallahassee FL and Thomasville Ga. Close to Interstate 10 (6 Miles). It is quiet and peaceful with easy access to our acreage.

We enjoy camping with our toy hauler and motorcycles or kayaks in the smokey mountains, rocky mountains, lakes and rivers around our beautiful country. We have lived in Tallahassee Fl for over 50 years. We decided to offer our home/acreage for fellow RVers to enjoy when traveling.

What a great place to stay! The property is beautiful and not far off the interstate. Very quiet. Loved hearing the birds singing. What makes the property the greatest are the hosts Rick & Frankie. We feel like we have added family. They are so sweet and gracious. We were blessed to stay there and will return when we are in that area.

Wow. So, THIS is what quiet sounds like!!! Great Hosts, with acres of quiet pastoral splendor, as well as, power and water hook ups of you need them. Only regret is that we only had time for a 1 nite stay. close to I10, but far enough away from any road noise. Thanks for hosting!!

we enjoyed everything about the grounds and the hosts. Location was great for visiting Tallahassee, St Marks Lighthouse, Woodgood Mansion, and Tallahassee Car Museum. Rick and Frankie are the the most gracious people. Their grounds are beautiful. Definitely a return visit when coming back through.

Rick and Frankie are the best hosts ever. We and our dogs had a wonderful stay on their beautiful, quiet land. They are truly some of the kindest people we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. We will definately be back!

This whole area is beautiful and this property is no exception. Absolutely gorgeous! And Dennis and Frankie and SO nice and welcoming! It’s about 8 miles or so off the freeway maybe and worth the drive. The trees along the road seem low hanging but there were no issues with our 13.6 ft tall fifth. The dirt road in isn’t bad and is not very long to their property. We habe TMobile and Verizon with a cell booster and we were able to stream netflix but service dropped a few times but not for long. We would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it if you’re passing through this area!
