We stayed two nights and explored Black Canyon, which is absolutely stunning. Randy could not have been more friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed meeting his pup, Tuco. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing live music there on a future trip!

Randy was very nice and directed me to Black Canyon, which was fantastic. There is no shade, but having solar it was great.

What a beautiful place to stop. Amazing views of Needles Mountain and the valley. Easy access off main Fwy with huge level spaces. And if your a rock/crystal collecter this stop is a MUST!! Calcite crystals literally pouring out the soil.

The host was fantastic, he help us to park on a slap of ciment (level) and he having already prepared a fire in the ring. The view was fantastic with a full moon and stars all over us.

We easily found the very level concrete pad with easy access in and out. As others have mentioned there is a steep grade to get in which could be a problem in heavy rains. Unfortunately we didn't meet Randy as he was away on vacation, but Rose was very gracious in welcoming our visit which was a surprise to her.
