Rancho is located on 5 acres just 5 minutes north of I 84 exit 95 in Mountain Home, Idaho. A nice oasis as you travel across southwest Idaho or if you are staging to head north toward Sun Valley, Red Fish Lake, or Stanley in the Sawtooth Mountain Range.

We are both retired professionals. Vickie a nurse, me a fire chief. We spend about 30% of our time since 2016 on the road. HH, BW is the only way to overnight enroute to our next destination. We became a Boondocker Welcome host in May 2022 and have really enjoyed meeting new folks as they travel through southwest Idaho

This was my second stay at Rancho. Alan is the perfect host. Access in and out is easy, hook ups available. Since the temps were in the low 20s I made use of the electricity, which made heating my rig easy. It snowed overnight but early in the morning the driveway was being plowed. Wow! Thanks for your hospitality! I'm sure I'll be back when I pass through again.

Friendly and helpful hosts! The place is great and easy to pull up to. Electricity and a level parking pad. Wonderful way to stay the night on a road trip.

We are a very big rig. Semi truck towing 41' fifth wheel. We had no trouble getting into driveway or designated parking spot with full hookups! We only needed electricity. Shared a drink in the evening. We will definitely visit this spot again. Super hosts who even sent us in our way with some Idaho treats!

Alan and Vickie are gracious and generous hosts! It was such a treat to get to know them during our visit. Rancho is a beautiful property that is immaculately maintained with ample space to park and have access to water, power and sewer if needed. We had a lovely evening with them and look forward to visiting again when we are in the Mountain Home area.

The Rancho was the perfect spot for a quick overnighter. 4 miles from the interstate, water, power, and sewer. Alan did a great job communicating the area and parking instructions. Highly recommend!!
