We are a "young'" retired couple that loves to hit the road in our motor home, when not working on the property, or keeping tabs on our grand kids (who live next door). We have been camping for a short time, we have been actively hitting as many Texas State Parks as we can.

Mark and Susan were incredibly welcoming hosts! The site is very charming and quiet. Everything about our experience at Red Star Ranch was smooth and seamless. Mark came out to greet us when we arrived, gave us a couple of different options for parking, and made us feel like we had known each other for years! We were in Granbury for the Oink Oink festival, birthday weekend, and viewing of the total eclipse. There are lots of things to do in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning in the future!

Wonderful, quiet spot with super friendly hosts. I really enjoyed the wildflowers and watching the cows in the morning. Thanks for a lovely peaceful night!
