A quiet place in the country, 4 miles north of historic Granbury, TX and 17 miles south of I20 (exit 408). Granbury's town square is centered by the Hood County Courthouse with the last hand wound clock tower in Texas.

Roads are paved and very good. We are able to pull into the driveway with a 34' class C pulling a toad. Plenty of room for a tow vehicle.
