Larry kept calling my and Nicky's numbers until he was able to speak to Nicky to give her details about the spot, even while he was out of country. That was sincerely appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had unobstructed views of the river. Thank you Larry.

As previously mentioned this is on the roadside in a residential area. However this is very quiet and a perfect spot to sleep for the night. No one was borhered by our presence.

After a chaotic drive through Vancouver, finding a host that same day, was nothing short of a miracle! Very thankful for this host!

The host was very communicative and told me about a few great boondocking spots in the area. Just be aware that they're not actually on his property.
