Quiet neighborhood near Leavenworth. Driveway is 11 feet wide, so you can use slide-outs on one side for sure and possibly both sides. Excellent backing-up skills are required (not much wiggle room).

No pets. No smoking. No fires. Acoustic music welcome. Pack it in pack it out. Quiet Hours: 9:30 pm to 8:00 a.m. Be careful of the fruit trees lining the driveway. Arrive after noon, but well before dark, and plan to leave before noon. Thanks!

Access Road Conditions: You'll have to back into the driveway, and it's fairly tight. Watch out for the sprinklers on each side of the driveway. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Parking available for tow vehicle on the street near the pad. Max length for TT once unhooked, or rig if all-in-one, 25'.

Located near countless outdoor activities, we have views every direction-- mountains, the Wenatchee River, orchards-- with 4 seasons and usually a 5th, "fire season."

This was our first time with boondocking and woww it was so good. We had a warm welcome. We were invited to stay for diner and talked about everything. This couple is really very nice. The lady told us that she was in the Netherlands when she was 16 and she had good memories. She spoke of the Dutch hagelslag (chocolate sprinkles) and that she loved it but never eat them anymore. When we came to say goodbye we had a gift for their kindness of staying the night. We gave her our box of hagelslag. It bringed back sheet memories. Thank you both for our first boondock adventure.

We had a lovely stay at River View Solla Sollew. Our hosts were so accommodating and generous in letting us stay in their driveway in their front yard. We enjoyed evening conversation on their patio deck and wish them the best with their lives. A really interesting and generous and happy family. We only asked to stay a few hours before our arrival and they were quick to say yes to offer a space. 5 stars! Thank you.

We had a great stay at Kristens & Stevens home. They were really kind and we felt like part of the family for two nights. Had great conversations about mountains and life and even got a cup of their homemade cider. Would definitely stay here again and can only recommend. Looking forward meeting you in Salzburg one day.

Kristin and Steve are the best! Communication is timely, they are welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood is handy and quiet, and we enjoyed chatting with them on their beautiful, cool deck in their gorgeous back yard. A definite repeat if in the area!

A beautiful spot just out of Leavenworth. Kristen and Steve were incredibly friendly and welcoming! It was a delight to relax in their backyard with a fire and learn about them and the surrounding area. Would absolutely stay again.
