Safe place to spend the night. A little loud due to road noise, but safe behind locked gate. Good for a night.

Perfect location to visit Hot Springs Ntnl Park. Easy, ample parking even for our skoolie with a tow vehicle. Secure gated lot that kept us safe. Host was very communicative via text and graciously allowed us to stay an extra night when it was pouring rain and we didnt want to drive. Definitely will be back.

We really appreciated being able to stay here three nights. Tom’s a great communicator and an overall great guy who just likes to help out his fellow travelers with a safe and secure place to rest your RV. We were safely under a covered area behind a security fence that only grants access to people who have a code. There are also lots of security cameras around the entire perimeter which made us feel even safer. Thanks again, Tom. We will pay it forward.
