Private drive set off main 4 lane road. Quiet. No turn around but back in or out is fairly easy.(if you are proficient at backpacking up). Need to text Howard prior to arrival for help in getting to best site 801-518-8012. Suggested Local Attractions:Less than 20 minutes to downtown and Temple Square. . 40 minutes to world class skiing. 40 minutes from Park City and Great Salt Lake.

Although Howard and Dudley seem to be very nice people there is a disconnect between the two since Dudley, the owner, was away (understandable) and Howard did not realize they double booked the space. We decided to go to a KOA to not create any hassle. The area is nice and safe but a little tight quarters. It is ok for a 1 night stay if required. Again very nice people trying to help others out. Suggestion would be to have Howard the key contact through Boondockers to eliminate any miscommunication.

Our host's spot in busy Salt Lake City was off of a busy road a ways, so it was fairly quiet. Our hosts were great communicators and very welcoming. We appreciated having a home base to sightsee SLC. It was a bit hard for an exiting motor home to negotiate the narrow driveway without breaking branches on the lovely blooming trees. If you have a tall rig, this spot might not be for you. When we backed our 17' trailer in (you have to back down the driveway to access the parking spot) that wasn't a problem, but getting back out we were too close to a rain gutter and had to make quite a few maneuvers to avoid it as we were leaving. It's a driveway that you need to leave space next to your rig so others beyond can get by easily and we'd gotten over too far to accommodate that need. All in all we had a great stay and were very thankful to our hosts for sharing their wonderful spot in SLC.

We stayed two nights while skiing and it worked very well. 21ft van easily pulled in and backed out. Hosts were friendly when we crossed paths the 2nd day and shared favorite ski areas. Will stop back next time in the area.
