Six acres, mostly open space. We're slowly working on developing the land and making it more usable. Close to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Portage Lakes, I77 and I76, Gervasi Vineyards, Akron-Canton Airport, Cuyahoga Valley National Park, many golf courses and more. We have a spacious area for parking. It is grass/dirt and mostly flat. Can fit large vehicles and trailers with space to turn around, but note that it is not well compacted in areas. It could be muddy and unstable during heavy rain periods. Large trailers with tow vehicles can fit, but the turn into the drive from the road may be tight. Not sure on exact length limitations. Our 23' Winnebago van turns in fine with plenty of room and can do circles in the parking area no problem.

Location

This is a brand new address - physical GPS units likely will not have it, and it will not appear on satellite view (it looks like a field). We recommend using Google or Apple Maps to get here. When approaching the drive from the north, turn AFTER the tree farm sign. When approaching from the south, turn BEFORE the tree farm sign. Do not pull into the tree farm drive, turning around will not be fun if you do. Our address is on the mailbox, the tree farm address is on their sign, please pay attention to them. Pull up to the house and off the drive to the right (watch the drop!). There is a large open mowed space available. Park anywhere near the the trees. See pictures for details. Tow vehicles can park anywhere in this space, too. The field is very soft and you will sink, do not park there. Give me a call if you're lost or confused!

Age:

We are a couple in our early 30s traveling in our Winnebago Travato - a 22ft van. Sometimes we have our golden retrievers with us - one is nine and well behaved - the other is a puppy and still learning! We don't live full time in the van, but we've put tens of thousands of miles on it in since 2021. We've been to both coasts and have seen more than 40 national parks!
