Had a wonderful stay here in early August and just realized we failed to leave a review! Such a nice host who was more than accommodating making sure we had everything we needed, offered info on local points of interest and was just a pleasure to get to know. Parked on the driveway between the side of the house and tall hedges which offered privacy. Neighborhood/home was nice, quiet and safe close to everything that we wanted to see & do...historic Newport (don't miss the mansion district and the cliff trail), Jamestown, Narraganset, and so much more.

We've been Harvest Host members for years, but just recently added on Boondockers Welcome and this was our first BW stay. Jeff and Vivian we so welcoming and kind! Their dog Luna was such a happy treat, as well. We stayed for 2 nights and went to Block Island one day. The drive to the ferry was very quick and convenient. The next day we traveled in to Narragansett and enjoyed the beach there. Jeff gave us a brewery recommendation, that we didn't have time to visit. I guess we'll have to come back again! The house is on a quiet private neighborhood with a nice level driveway and a huge back yard, which they gave us access to. A couple of neighbors had children around the same age as ours and the hosts were amazingly welcome to having all the kids running around - and the neighbors were all amazing, too! They were also welcome to us having our two leashed dogs with us and let us walk them around their yard. Thank you Jeff and Vivian!

Great centrally located stop to visit Rhode Island. Easy to find and a perfect level spot. Jtagen provided 15 amp electric and water. Quiet nights. Newport and really all of Rhode Island is a short drive. Jtagen has a great personality and we had a interesting conversation. Highly recommend this Host and location and will request again when in the area.

This family was very sweet and we enjoyed visiting with them. Our dogs loved the extra attention and our toddler enjoyed running around the backyard. They were very hospitable and had good tips for local yummy food. The spot was a perfect fit for our 39 foot rig and slides.
