We are on a state highway in the village. Black top driveway. There is 30 and 50 amp electric . Spot is far enough away from the house for privacy. There is a auction house across the street every Wednesday.live animal auction,venders , and farmers market.Not a good idea to come in or out on weds till at least 2pm during the summer months.Smaller rigs can turn around in driveway, larger rigs have to back up into space. I am a quilter. Suggested Local Attractions:About 25 miles from Ellicottville which is a ski and golf resort.Griffiths sculpture park.35 miles to BuffaloHugh auction house across the street on wedsdays venders, animals

Home Town: We live on a 1 acres lot in the village of Springville, New York close to the 219 expressway. It a quant little country village in dairy country and in the winter close to 2 ski resorts. we have 2 home away from homes. one is a 2015 Georgetown class A. and the other we just purchased is a 2015 Jayco park model for out permanent site at Allegany Mountain Resort which is 15 mile from our home Skills or Expertise to Share: Sewing . 40 years of camping

the Schueler Hosts were gracious and friendly during my check in. Easy walk to local eateries from their location. Quiet and safe place to rest overnight. Much Appreciated!

We spent one night at Schueler Toy Lot and had a great experience. Bob & Cathy were great hosts who were helpful and welcoming. They recommended a restaurant for dinner nearby which was in walking distance and was great after our long drive. The suggested Beef Wrek meal which is popular to the Springville/Buffalo area did not disappoint. We had the opportunity to chat and get to know the hosts at a bon fire later after dinner and it's clear they are a very family and community oriented couple. We recommend this BD location which provided us with the safety and comfort we look for when we travel.

What a great stop with Bob and Cathy! They offered a perfect parking place, and pointed us toward the amazing auction/flea market across the street in the morning. We had a shared interest in tiny homes, and they graciously took us to tour their new campground tiny home and the camping resort where it is located. Great couple! would definitely stop again here!

Cathy and Bob are amazing hosts! For starters, they blocked traffic to assist us backing in which made things super easy. The spot was easy to get into, just a simple backup. We enjoyed lovely conversations around the bonfire and received some quality recommendations for nearby stuff to do. We felt perfectly at home! Would most certainly recommend this host and we will definitely be back!
