We are on a state highway in the village. Black top driveway. There is 30 and 50 amp electric . water available. Spot is far enough away from the house for privacy. Or if you don't need electric and your a small rig we can put you up on the hill There is a auction house across the street every Wednesday. Live animal. auction, venders , and farmers market. Not a good idea to come in or out on weds till at least 2pm during the summer months. I am a quilter. Suggested Local Attractions:About 25 miles from Ellicottville which is a ski and golf resort.Griffiths sculpture park.35 miles to BuffaloHugh auction house across the street on wedsdays venders, animals

Home Town: We live on a 1 acre lot in the village of Springville, New York close to the 219 expressway. We live accoss from a over 100 year old auction house. where they auction live animals and a huge farmers market. It a quaint little country village in dairy country and in the winter close to 2 ski resorts. There are beautiful State Parks near by, a Sculpture Park it explore, Niagara Falls and Eternal Flame at Chestnet Ridge Park and a Beautiful water front in Buffalo. We enjoy sharing the history of the village. and our famous Beef of Weck.We do camp at a local resort Allegany Mountain were we have a permanant site. Skills or Expertise to Share: Sewing . 40 years of camping

We had a lovely time staying at Bob and Cathy's place. Nice level lot, very quiet and the electric was a plus!! We enjoyed the firepit in the evening. Super nice couple!!

My husband and I had such a nice 5 night stay at the Schueler’s. Bob and Cathy are so sweet and easy to talk to. The communication before arriving was great! Both Bob and Cathy helped us park / back into the spot. Very quiet and close to everything! We drove to Niagara from here and also did a few hiking trails during our stay. The Eternal Flame is a must!!! We’d stay here again!

What a great host. Communication before arrival was excellent. A great location for our stay. Everything we needed was available. Had a wonderful time visiting with Bob and Kathy. They are such an inviting couple. Will definitely stay here again as this location is close to so many attractions.

I dont know where to begin… Bob and Cathy truly make you feel like you are with family. They enjoy getting to know their guests, and we ejoyed our nights at the bon fire getting to know them. They are in a very convenient town that is close to the highway and has plenty of stores, bars, food etc. It only took us about 45 minutes to get to Niagra, and they are 20 minutes from The Eternal Flame. We are so incredibly greatful for their hospitality, friendship, the gifts and we will absolutely being staying in touch! 🤍
