We live approximately 2 miles from Port Charlotte Beach Park which gives direct access to the ocean with a free boat launch. We are just minutes away from almost anything you need but in a very quiet neighborhood. There are many great places to dine or listen to local bands while watching incredible sunsets!

My wife and I live in Florida with our two small dogs Tiki and Lulu. We love to fish, listen to local bands and explore. We are retired and looking forward to traveling around the U. S. We hope during our travels to meet interesting people and learn more about different states along the way. We want to see and explore all there is to offer. We are not really couch potato’s as we would rather be outside.

We enjoyed staying at Scott and Mel’s for two nights. Scott greeted us and we had several conversations with them both over the course of our visit. Their neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe there. We thank them for the opportunity to visit the area!

I really enjoyed this boondockers welcome host location. The host and hostess were very kind and amenities were available if needed. Access to the parking space was easy to maneuver with my 27 foot travel trailer and my van. I hope to be able to return as it was so quiet and peaceful I was able to just sit and relax. thanks so much for your hospitality see you down the road.

Our stay with Scott and Mel was a peaceful and convenient place to rest on our drive home. They are awesome hosts and the space was easily accessible, clean and level. Having access to electricity and water made our stay most comfortable. Thank you Scott and Mel.
