One acre property on a quiet dirt road (minus the goats, cows, and roosters next door) in a small town. 15 minutes off of I-75. Parking is available in the yard between the house and the woods on the adjacent property. No hookups currently available. Quaint downtown 10 minutes away with some great restaurants and a local microbrewery. Distances to nearby cities/places are as follows: Tampa 38 miles, Lakeland 33 miles, Walt Disney World 59 miles, Clearwater Beach 62 miles.

No smoking. No generators. No fires. Pets should be kept on a leash and all pet waste picked up.
Location
Parking is available in the yard between the house and the adjacent woods. Property is accessed by a 1 mile drive down a dirt road which can be bumpy at times (depending on recent rainfall). Trailer/RV would need to be backed in from the street.

Love to travel Details: I am a retired teacher with a recent purchase of Nobo 19.5. My wife is a retired paramedic with a second career as a legal consultant. We are looking forward to seeing amazing places and meeting wonderful people as we move about the country. Home Town: We live in Dade City, FL about 30 minutes north of Tampa. Favorite Boondocking Locations: Any place that has animals is always a plus! Skills or Expertise to Share: We are learning everyday!

The host met me and offered me the driveway since I was leaving the next morning. The area for parking was down a short hill from the house and looked very nice. I was happy to park in the driveway and take advantage of the early sun, to warm me up. Very peaceful.

Kristen met us when we arrived. Kristen and Michele were very gracious hosts. we stayed 2 nights, there had been a bit of a storm so the road getting there was a bit rough. Quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for being great hosts!

Michelle and Kristen were so welcoming and friendly. We felt like we had known them for years. Beautiful spot by the woods, very quiet and such a pretty rural area. We will definitely be back one day.Thank you so much for an awesome stay.
