What a GREAT boondocking setup! Honestly more than what we could ask for! We found this spot very easily between GPS and guidance from the host. Unfortately for us, but fortunately for them, they we traveling to catch the eclipse. How exciting for them! We would absoluetly stay again if the opportunity arouse!

Although we did not meet Alma and Mark as they were out of town, we had a wonderful stay. The communication with them and their instructions were very clear. The parking is easy and they have additional information on the building where you park. It is also nice having all the services and hookups you need. Axtell seems like a nice community to the point where a family on their front porch waved to us as we drove into town! The train tracks are nearby but we didn't find that to be a big deal. We would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you Alma and Mark.

Mark and Alma are wonderful hosts. Spot was easy to find and back in for our 30’ trailer was easy. Axtell is an extremely friendly place and a great 3 day layover for us on our way west. Played golf at Spring Creek in Seneca. Very nice golf course. We’d definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a very nice stay we did plug into the electric ' we rode our scooters around the little town everyone was very friendly we got some ice cream from the store and we sat on the bench in front of the library and shared the ice-cream would stay here again if ever in the area again
