I have room for one Class B in my back yard. Easy access to I275 10 minutes from downtown St Pete and about 30 minutes to beaches. To get to the parking there is a narrow ally so class B is the only rig that will fit. Water and 15amp power available (no dump) for a small donation.

Pretty easy going single dad and we take a lot of weekend trips so those can be hit or miss, I am in a neighborhood with close neighbors, with that being said generator use should be limited when possible and should be cut off before 7pm. Multiple nights available and come and go as you please, just be mindful of noise at night as kids are around. It's close to downtown and Ubers are cheap, would have to drive to beach but totally worth it. About 20 minutes from Fort Desoto.

He was clear in his communication on how to access parking behind his house. Definitely not for big rigs, perfect for my extended van. I only needed a place to park and sleep after a full day of adventure and state park hopping. This was exactly what I needed. Great location with only a few minute drive to 275 and short driving distance to plenty of nice beaches and spots to watch the sunrise/sunset. Thanks for the hospitality.

It was a good leveled place on gras an no problem to get in with our 23ft CamperVan. Short and friendly text mails. Sorry that we do not meet each other.

This place is ideal for spending a few days in this magnificent region. less than 30 minutes from Fort De Soto, less than 15 minutes from Coquina Key Park to play PickleBall, less than 13 minutes from a Walmart Supercenter, less than 10 minutes from a Landromat super. 15A electricity and unlimited water.
