We are from Debary, FL, a small city half way between Orlando and Daytona Beach. We have been RV'ing for 30 years and have both a 5th wheel and a truck camper. The truck camper is our RV of choice when traveling. The 5th wheel is more for local weekend trips and probably become a summer or winter home after we retire. We currently have a Golden Retriever, Molly, who is afraid of her own shadow so traveling with her is a challenge. We typically travel between Florida and PA - NY to see family, stopping along the way to visit historical or unique sights and or events.

Our host Bob was there waiting to show us where to park. Had water and electric with a letter telling us about the area. We spent the rest of that day and the next exploring, hiking and doing a few errands. Bob was busy working so we never saw him again. we had a wonderful time and can’t thank him enough for his hospitality.

This host and place are definitely 5 stars in every way. This was a peaceful neighborhood, but close to the main highway and access to everything. Steven was right there to greet me at the agreed upon arrival time and was fantastic. The guest book in the mailbox was a great touch. Yet another great BW experience! Thank you : )

Quiet and peaceful. Steve got us settled and water and electric was a bonus. Two comfortable nights while visiting friends in the area. Would like to return if in the area again.

Steve was easy to communicate with and met us in front of his house to guide us into the driveway. We had a nice conversation and got to meet Molly who was very friendly and playful. We enjoyed our two nights and greatly appreciated the electric and water as well as a level place to park. We explored the great town of Mount Dora with numerous shops and places to eat. We would love to go back and take the boat ride. We also took an interesting guided tour of DeBary Historical Hall. Steve was a very welcoming host and would definitely stay again if were are in the area.
