Access Road Conditions: Access is on paved city streets and county roads. The roads are flat. The public road in front of our house is narrow 2 lane road, so maneuvering longer rigs into our driveway can be a little tricky. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: We have a fairly long flat driveway, so there is quite a bit of space for parking on our driveway. The reason we limit the length of the RV to 30' is the difficulty in maneuvering into our driveway from the public street in front of our house. 30' is the maximum for a motorhome or 5th wheel. If you are towing with a hitch you must have a trailer of 25 feet or less. If you are close to these limits you must be adept and comfortable with backing up your rig. Long motorhomes with a toad might need to disconnect in order to access our driveway. The tow vehicle parking would be in our gravel driveway. It would be in front or behind the RV.

Retired couple who enjoy hiking and biking as well as traveling three to four months a year in our 21' Roadtrek. Details: Wendy grew up in the hills overlooking the central valley of California and is a retired computer programmer. Steve is a Colorado native, who worked in telecommunications for a local power company. We love to travel, both domestically and internationally. We have a one acre lot with a view of Long's Peak and a shop big enough to house Steve's old trucks and the RV. When we aren't travelling, we try to stay out of trouble by tearing up our house and putting it back together again. We are close enough to the Rocky Mountains to enjoy excellent hiking and mountain biking. We normally travel before Memorial Day and after Labor Day, and are usually home for the summer. Home Town: Longmont, Colorado Favorite Boondocking Locations: Our favorite boondocking is somewhere with natural beauty - be it forests, lakes, or deserts. We generally camp in state or provincial parks. Skills or Expertise to Share: We have some electrical skills and some computer skills as well as a good general knowledge of RV systems.

Lovely, quiet location. Kind, considerate hosts. So lucky to have been able to stay here after picking up my new Barefoot travel trailer.

It was a quiet, safe location that allowed me to enjoy both Boulder and Longmont. Steve was nice enough to give me hiking suggestions and even some tips for my future travel destinations.

We really enjoyed our short stay with Steve and Wendy, as they were very accommodating. We also enjoyed chatting with them, and we would definitely stay there again (and will)!
