Outdoor fire pit/social area, some trees, and a bit of grassy land in the suburbs of KC. A nearby family park/skate park is very nice. Close to both 40 Hwy and I-70. Several good restaurants and supermarkets within a short drive. KC Sports stadiums (Royals and Chiefs) are 15 minutes away depending on traffic. Note, not all spots are perfectly level and significant leveling may be required. Larger rigs may scuff against tree branches on entry.

Location
One paved level spot that may be usable, the primary area is a grass field to park in but may be unavailable if the ground is overly wet/soft. Requires driving over lumpy grass area. Easy for any normal car, etc. 2 acre field permits easy turnaround from grass. A large paved area with circle drive makes backing up to turn around on pavement easy.

Single man, traveling often with parents and a friendly Labrador named Titan. Sometimes without the parents, sometimes without the dog. I don’t smoke at all, drink, or use any drugs. I love a good meal or a good song. Very social. Two things I will always travel with: a good knife, and a well-equipped first aid kit, ha! In addition to the 5th wheel, I often tent camp alone or with friends and enjoy trails and off-roading my Jeep.

Short drive from I-70, easy access. Nice, level spot on driveway where we plugged in. So grateful for the quiet, warm night's sleep. Nathan's a very nice, welcoming host. Beautiful property!

We had a great 3 night stay while visiting Kansaa City. Nathan was out of town, but Lorraine met us and helped us pick out a spot to park. We chose to park in their large driveway near the garage so we could use their electric. If you don't need electric, there is a nice grass spot in their back yard with plenty of privacy. We enjoyed chatting with Lorraine and John. We would definitely stay again.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights. The property is lovely with a huge open field behind the house to basically pick wherever you want to park in it. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Most of the land is on a slight slope. The driveway dip was a bit tricky going in and out with our bike rack on the back, which hangs pretty low. We scratched a bit, but the owner wasn't concerned about it. We were so thankful for our stay here.
