NO CHECK-IN AFTER SUNSET........... SORRY NO TRAILERS OVER 28 Feet. Pets must be kept on leash. The way my yard is sorry no trailers over 28’ I can turn my 35’ Motorhome around but you cannot turn around a long trailer. If you miss our driveway it WILL get tricky. We want you to enjoy your stay here! Check-out 11:00 AM. Check-in anytime nobody else is here. In Texas AC is a must if you leave please set it to 80 or higher and not lower than 70 when you are in the unit. The only way to get in or out is to drive on my lawn which I do it all the time. Depending on who you have Cell service??? No Fireworks under any circumstances at any time! I have had a pack of wild dogs and hogs run through my property. And there are Coyotes in the area so please watch your pets. My wife has dogs and depending on the dogs in the area they do bark but they are not free to roam. Do not break the law by bringing any firewood in. We have more than you can burn for free. The fire department has issued us as a Dry Woodland Area, so smoking outside your rig is limited to the fire pit and please do not leave your butts. It goes without saying clean up after your animals. Quiet hours: 10:00 pm thru 7:00 am.

Retired Details: Retired. Married 2020, both of us were widowed, both of us use to camp now we both want to travel. Motor home has residential refrigerator making true boondocking more difficult. We dolly tow her car and know to travel as light as possible it helps reduce stopping distance and improve the get up and go which seems to have got up and went, a Ford V10. The only reason I half worry about gas mileage is for range on a tank of gas. Home Town: We live in Jacksonville Texas on 5 acres of wooded property in the Piney Woods of Texas. Easy to find. A breath of fresh air and a lot of room to park. The parking is slightly unlevel. The host offered leveling ramps and guided me up on one just to help take a slight slope out. The bird feeders were popular. Definitely would recommend for a stay.
