Location
Access Road Conditions: At the end of a cul-de-sac / loop. If you have good backing skills you won't have a problem. If you don't, it may be a challenge, but not impossible. I recommend going to the left once you get to the circle. It will allow you to line up better to back in. I’m usually available to help direct. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Plenty of room in front of the RV or on the driveway.

Tall Oaks was a perfect stopover for us as we did a daytrip to Chicago & needed to make our way south the following day. The host was welcoming & we enjoyed chatting with them before resting for the evening. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed getting to meet Brian. He was very accommodating, gave great instructions on location and best way to back in. Yard was a lovely paradise - made us wish we had more time to enjoy it.

We never met our host due to our late arrival and early departure. Beautiful grounds and place. We arrived after a long and trying day, and tried to text Brian several times about our expected arrival. We unfortunately were unaware that he had gone out for the evening. He did respond after we got to his home. We were also unaware that a water hook up was not available and had not filled our clean water tank. We did find a white barrel w/what appeared to be ~200ft of hose, but were reluctant to use this. We did have a power hookup and good WiFi. The area was peaceful after the neighbors' kids stopped using their mini bikes @ dark. We would've enjoyed meeting our host and his 2 beautiful Golden retrievers had we more time.
