Please Note: The stay calendar reflects our current availability. Our reservation window is set for 24 hours notice and open 30 days out. We really wish we could accommodate all requests, but have limited space and often travel ourselves. We are not willing to "hold dates" outside the reservation window. Thanks for understanding. We have an acre of property about 20 miles south of Seattle. You will be parking on a gravel driveway next to tall redwood trees. We have 30 amp electric and water available. From this location you can easily visit Seattle or Tacoma and take day trips to Mt. Rainier or Olympic National Parks. There's a linear 7-mile paved trail just 1/4 mile from the house. Plenty of shopping close by too.

House Rules

Pets are welcome, but you must coordinate with us to use the fenced back yard for off-leash play. Campfires only in the provided firepit on the gravel. No political flags. Thank you!

Location

We have a U-shaped driveway. One side and the parking area is gravel. The other driveway is concrete. We recommend entering on the west side (gravel driveway) and parking next to the redwood trees and lawn. Separate tow vehicle parking is available. There is space to turn around smaller vehicles, larger rigs can exit out the concrete driveway without needing to turn around. It isn't easy to see our house numbers so look for our garage (red/white trim) with our Class A (white/red) parked next to it. I'll also try to have a "Boondockers Welcome" sign by the road.

Hello!! We are excited to be Boondockers Welcome members and hosts. After retiring in 2015, we upgraded from a travel trailer to a 33' Class A National Tropi-Cal. We spent a year on the road (July 2016-July 2017) and try to spend several months each year traveling in our RV with our English Mastiffs, Riley and Raney. Our favorite campsites are scenic boondocking spots! Our home is on an acre of property about 20 miles south of Seattle. Since camping options near the city are extremely limited, we decided to become BW hosts. We look forward to meeting fellow RVers and maybe sharing a happy hour or two. :) Want to learn more about us, the big dog, our rig or our travels? We've kept a travel blog since our 2016 year on the road adventure. There are static pages with info about us and lots of posts with fun pictures of our travels. I had 3 nights of peace and quiet. All I needed was a hookup, water, and ample room to drive in and out. I don't back up very well, and I didn't need to here. The couple was very friendly, but not intrusive. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property close in near Seattle. Roger met us as we pulled in and helped us get positioned even in the pouring down rain. There was plenty of room for our 36' fifth wheel and tow vehicle. Thank you very much Teddi and Roger for a great stay!

Teddi and Roger were both very kind and welcoming! We had no issues parking or getting in and out with our 20 ft trailer. We couldn’t have asked for kinder hosts. Their two dogs were sweethearts too!

Roger and Teddi are both super. Their place is huge for being in the city. No problem accommodating my large 5th wheel.
