If your heading to the Houston area, we are about 45 miles northeast from downtown. The property is in Splendora Texas, about 5 miles from Interstate 69/59. If you want a quick layover and still be in the country, your here. We are in and upscale neighborhood with parking for a class A 40' or class c. Just off 59/69 and 242 there is a water park for the kids. Further down the road a new shopping center area called Valley Ranch in New Caney as well as lakes for fishing and boating in Livingston Texas.

House Rules
No Smoking on Property. Parking is on driveway or behind fence. There is room for dog to potty and run ( one dog only at a time). We have our own dog. Power is available for a 50 amp or 30 amp. No dumping available but is available at Flying J near by.

Hi and Welcome, We are retired folks. We Love to travel and see the world. We have 3 cats and 1 dog. This our retirement home where we live now. We love company and chatting about things we have done. He is more involved with the rv and she is into flowers and anything to do with the garden or outdoors. Thought being a host would be a way to hear about other adventures.
