A gorgeous semi-rural residence situated on 10 acres with (2) full hookup RV sites complete with 50Amp service, city water and sewer. Close to the American River for rafting and fishing as well as many El Dorado County wineries. We are an RV family and look forward to welcoming you and yours to our sliver of paradise.

While our property is fully fenced, we do have a pool that is beyond the fence line and as such, require all boondocking guests to acknowledge that everyone in their party knows how to swim. Please do not book if someone in your party does not how to swim.
Location
Easy access for rigs of almost any size. Fully paved roads lead to a large 20’ gated entrance with concrete driveway that has access to several boo dock areas. One option is a fully DOT approved gravel lot or stay up top of the property with a fully paved pad. The options are almost limitless.

We are the husband and wife duo originally from Orange County, California. We are now in the beautiful Sierra Foothills of Northern California where we are raising are (4) kids -- two of which are already adults -- and managing our small family farm. We have been RV'ing since 2006 when we purchased our first tow behind travel trailer. We have since upgraded to a 5th Wheel Toy Hauler. We love the RV lifestyle and even spent the better part of a year when our kids were younger, full timing. With work and life now, we don't get out as much as we'd like, but were working to better prioritize family RV'ing opportunities. Looking forward to meeting other Boondockers. Cheers!
