There is a space between the house and a tree line that separates our property from the city park. There is room for our 36 Brave so I know that will fit. If you are uncomfortable in the grass the front of the house is available. You could park on the street facing the house and that would fit any size rig and most any trailer. It could be counted as two spots but if someone parks on the street they could block the person along side the house. I run off solar all summer so your air could be used during the day off solar and we can switch back to grid at night if it’s hot out and AC is needed. Other appliances should be fine at night regardless of power source. We just installed WI-FI so it might work for you, just ask. Suggested Local Attractions: We are in a small town of 2500 and really don't have much locally. The longest running movie house in the country. Along with typical small town activities. The Fort Ransom state park and the National grasslands are close. We do have good fishing in the area and a river 1.5 blocks away if you like to fish (you catch and you clean). We are along the ND byways as well. If you want to know more just ask since to be honest, I have no real idea what to put down here.

House Rules
Just be a good person. If you smoke pick up after yourself (we don't but I don't care if you do) If you drink do so responsibly, no one likes a drunk but feel free have a few, (again we don't but I don't care if you do) Children are fine, in fact if they are able I might hire them to help me do things if you allow. Generators are fine until I'm told otherwise. With free electricity you should not need one. I know the new rules say to offer to pay for power and such. I understand BW position but please don’t, we will not accept anyway and it always makes for an awkward situation so it is better left as is. As you can imagine we lock things up when we are gone so if you want to use anything from the shop (standard wood shop tools and some mechanical tools as well) it is available if we talk about it first. There is a dump site in town and another one at Dead Colt Creek camp ground, to my knowledge both are free (we use them) I am an open honest person and expect the same from everyone else. We camp in the summer too so some dates will be blocked out from time to time. (Ok, as much as possible)
Location
Access Road Conditions: It is a dead end so at some point you will have to back up. You can pull in or back in. I would recommend pulling in and backing out for a much better view. There is a row of trees and a park beyond that facing the north while my ugly house is facing south. It is in town so the road is paved to the property line then its grass. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Lots of space for just about anything.

Jack of all trades and master of none, a true nut. Details: We are planning to go FT in October. We currently live in ND but have lived in many parts of this great country. Home Town: Lisbon ND A small town off the path about 75 miles SW of Fargo. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We like getting out and off the beaten path. The more wildlife the better. We have a lot to learn yet in that regard. Skills or Expertise to Share: Do I have any great skills? no. I do have a working knowledge of a lot of things. I do have some solar knowledge as we currently live off grid nine months out of the year. We have a 9k system I installed myself. I also have a few wood working tools and like to play in the shop. Again, jack of all trades and master of none.

We had a wonderful time in Lisbon. John and Lucy are excellent hosts and we felt right at home staying on their property. We are so excited for them as they get ready to move into a new stage of their lives. Thanks for dinner and we hope to see you again down the road.

The parking spot is in his yard adjacent to his house. It had rained a few days before we got there, while we were setting up and called for rain the next day. We decided to spend just that night because of the rain, didn't want to rut up his yard getting out. Wish we could have stayed longer, there was so much we had to talk about. I hope we can cross their path on the road one day.
