Just 1.5 miles southwest of the City Limits of Wichita, KS, but still on all paved roads, we have a house with a level spot or two on the driveway next to our house. You'll be within 30 minute drive of nearly any place in town. Wichita is a City of approximately 400,000 with another 200,000 in bedroom communities just outside of the city limits. So you can expect the normal amenities of a city that size.

Location
The site is on the south side of the third car garage if you'll want to utilize the electricity & water. Otherwise there's a large driveway that you can park in between the building out back and up to the third car garage.

My wife & I are retired and loving it. We do take the time to travel numerous times a year but are home more often than not. We enjoy meeting fellow RVer's and visiting with them when possible. If you're looking for an easy to access location, we have lots of concrete next to our house and look forward to meeting you.

Excellent stay for 1 night on my way west. Huge concrete pad, level, and utilities. I did find a dump station nearby at Fisherman’s Cove off of MacArthur, only $5.

I had asked to stay rather later than intended. Not only were they accommodating, they were very understanding when weather issues caused problems regarding arrival. I'm very appreciative!

Beyond excellent! Super friendly hosts and dream like place to stay in beautiful neighborhood. Electric and water available for $5. We will stay here again in February on our way home.

perfect 🥰 place to stop over! level cement driveway, private, room to maneuver and to back in large motorhome. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by Host was not home when we arrived, but made sure to come and introduce herself. Beautiful neighborhood to walk through!!
