Retired owner of a vintage 1993 30 foot Firan Covington with low miles in great condition. This premium coach was produced for only a few years in the early 1990’s and features a sealed basement with arctic package and full fiberglass exterior. We live in suburbs of Buffalo New York on the Erie Canal in an updated ranch home very close to the Erie County Ellicott Creek Park. The park has lots of parking but no hook ups and no overnight stays. Our Boondockers Welcome site is in the driveway of our private home. There is room to up to a 30 foot RV in our 20’ wide driveway. There is no room for additional vehicles. The space has 30 amp electric, great water availability and sewage dumping into municipal sewer. This site is for limited overnite occupancy only Absolutely no cigarette smoking. No grilling. No slides. No campfires. No alcohol. No generator. There is no access to premises and no facilities. Arrive between 5 and 6 PM. Depart before 10 AM. You can enjoy your days at the nearby park or at an RV lot in Niagara Falls or at the Erie Basin Marina. So think of this spot as dormitory site for your evening respite.

Host met me in driveway and assisted with getting me parked checked that the electric was on. Quiet stay with little traffic. Easy in/out from US or Canada

Richard was very nice and helpful. Great location for Niagara Falls Parking on a flat cement driveway with all utilities was very handy. Across the street is Erie canal that is great for hiking for miles and beautiful views. Two deer walked across the back yard the morning we left. Great experience all around.
