Located about 5000' elevation and usually much cooler than down the hill. About 1 mile from Lake Gregory and 15 min drive to Lake Arrowhead. Lake Gregory offers a path around the lake for walking the dog or jogging. There is a nice grocery store 2 min away by car where they make ice cream shakes and chocolates. This location is only large enough for a class B campervan. Water hook up available. Use of balcony with beautiful forest tree top views is also available.

House Rules
Please no smoking on the property. Propane grills ok. No wood or charcoal grills. No generators - my neighbors will not appreciate that. Pets welcome. There is a dog park at the lake. The balcony is a precarious place for children and this location is only appropriate for adults.

parking is in my driveway which is not level except at the top of the driveway. The space will accommodate Class B van.
