No drugs, social drinking OK. No unsupervised children. We prefer you use the electric rather than run the generator at night. No arrivals after dark, there are no street lights in the country,this will prevent you from getting lost on little dead end roads and potential damage to your rig. Pets are welcome, they must be current on shots and rabies vaccinations, You may not stay if your pet is presenting with any potentially contagious canine/feline disease

Tony was a great host. His property was beautiful and our dog, Mimi, especially enjoyed running around a bit after our trip. Tony took care to make sure we could find him and led us through the gate to site. The ground was level and we enjoyed the water view with the fog coming off the pond in the morning. We we grateful for the power and the local recomendations. We’d love to stay here again when in the area.

Tony and Loraine have created an amazing paradise and are generously sharing their yard to travellers. The description of their property is accurate and the pictures aren't able to show the beauty. You'll have to stay here if you want to enjoy it all. Tony is a great conversationalist and very helpful in providing information about the area. Although Loraine was out of town, we are looking forward to meeting her the next time we stay. Can't wait!!

This was our first Boondocking experience and it couldn’t have been better. Easy to get set up, lots of room and good amenities. The host was very welcoming and helpful
