I live in Hudson, FL, 34669 I have a large paved driveway in a residential neighborhood on a dead end street. So you would have to be able to back in or pull in and then back out. I did own a 40' 5th wheel once, never had an issue with it here. I do have water & elec. on site if needed. There is aprox. 80' in length, so if you are towing a car, there is room, but you may need to unhook it before backing in. 15 min's from Hudson beach. About 30 min's west of exit 285 on I-75, 15 min's west of rt-589, a toll road. I ask no dogs please. The lots here are 1/2 acre so it would be better to not run a gen set all night. I do not have a place for outside fires. I live alone, so I would be the only one here to greet and help get you parked, so more advance notice the better. I'm a very open minded person, so I'm open to any and all genders & races. I just think it would be nice to meet & help other RV'ers. Be safe on your travels I do have 30 amp service if needed, I do have an adapter to go from a 50 amp plug to a 30 amp, so it would work OK if you run only 1 A/C unit

House Rules
I'm not a dog person, if one dog barks here, every dog within hearing range will start barking. So I ask no dogs at all, even if it stays inside. No real place for kids to play, so no kids would be the best. I do have up to 50 amp power if needed, so best to not run a gen set. No hurry to check out at all. There is room for your awning if backed in and you can set out if you like, no fires please. I can e-mail you pic's of my driveway if you like.

Been camping for over 35 yrs., started with a tent, then 2 pop ups, then a few slide in truck campers, then a 40' toy hauler for going to car shows out of state. Then downsized to an 18' as I'm alone now and I now use a car trailer with my slide inn truck camper. My home state is WV., been in FL., now 40 yrs. and loving it. I still have family in WV. so I try to go back a few times a year when it's not snowing.

Our host greeted us when we got there. He was very helpful with setup. Very kind and helpful with anything we asked about. Very nice quiet neighborhood. We will stay again if/when we come back again.

Our host met us upon arrival and let us know where to park our rig; which was an easy back-in with our fifth wheel. We stayed 3 nights. Our host and I had a shared background of cars, engines, and machinery in general, we had many great chats. I'm sure that if we are back in his area of Florida that we'll ask to stay again. Couldn't have been a nicer BD stay.
