Like everyone has said in past comments, Todd is a great host. We felt right at home and there is plenty to do and see in the area. We will be back next time we are passing through!

Great stay again this year. Thank you Todd for sharing your beautiful level yard and grounds with us. Very much enjoyed the gated in sitting area so our dog could run free. Hope to see you again next year.

Human Assistant, Tod, helpful in parking and info about area and places to go and enjoy. An American Legion member? Across the street is a post you can visit and play bingo. Church? Across the street Goshen Baptist. Both places friendly and accepting.

Its a very rare opportunity to meet someone and five minutes later you feel like family. That's how we felt after meeting Todd. He went out of his way to help us get setup. Even backed our trailer into its spot. If your a dog lover, you will love his dog. As someone who has owned several golden retrievers over the years. Gunner is an incredible dog. Our little dog was mauled earlier this year at a New Jersey campground. Percy was petrified around big dogs. Gunner helped Percy slowly lowered his guard and played with him. We are looking forward to returning after the new year.

Todd is a great host. Level location, easy in and out, water and electric (small fee). Unfortunately for us it was fall and the black walnuts were falling on our roof so that did disturb our sleep. But that won’t be the case all the time. We explored the nearby battlefields abd downtown Fredericksburg. Also stopped in the American Legion just across the street. We woujd definitely stay here again. We ecen got to hang up laundry on the clothesline!
